      What about an application fee?
There is no cost to submit an application.

  • Vendor fees include a space at the festival. Only marketplace (artisans, non-profits, small-business) vendors will be placed under a tent.

Tables, chairs and equipment must be provided by the vendor.

  • All applications are reviewed by FOTR organizers. We aim to curate a diverse roster that highlights NWT-based, Indigenous/BIPOC makers, while balancing new and returning participants, as well as the number of vendors in each category.

  • Applications open May 16 and close June 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST. Vendors will be notified of selection on June 20.

Those not initially selected will be placed on a waitlist.
