What about an application fee?
There is no cost to submit an application. -
Vendor fees include a space at the festival. Only marketplace (artisans, non-profits, small-business) vendors will be placed under a tent.
Tables, chairs and equipment must be provided by the vendor.

All applications are reviewed by FOTR organizers. We aim to curate a diverse roster that highlights NWT-based, Indigenous/BIPOC makers, while balancing new and returning participants, as well as the number of vendors in each category.
Applications are not guaranteed to receive a spot as we have limited spaces on site.

Applications open May 15 and close June 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST. Vendors will be notified of selection by June 20.
Those not initially selected will be placed on a waitlist.
