Performers for Main Stage Showdown 2023

Folk On The Rocks is excited to announce the lineup of local performers competing for a spot on the festival’s  main stage this summer!

Chosen on a first come first served basis, the performers for this year’s showdown will be:

• Jacob Charpy
• Gigi
• The Dandy Lions
• John Macaulay
• James Alynes
• The WhiteKeyes
• Big Blue
• Hughes

The Main Stage Showdown is a talent show style event that is open to all performing arts. It is designed as both a fundraising activity and an outreach activity in an effort to seek out new talent. The event is open to anyone (maximum of 10 slots), and performers will compete in sets of 10 minutes or less for a chance at the ultimate prize!

The winner will take home a $500 cash prize, artist passes for the festival weekend and a slot on Folk On The Rock’s Main Stage during the festival weekend.

The judges for the Main Stage Showdown will consist of two Board members, media partners, and other local talents.

The Main Stage Showdown will be held at the Elks Lodge on Saturday, June 3. Doors open at  6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. Ticket holders must be 19+ to attend. TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT.
