Please fill out and submit this form in order to be considered as a food vendor for the 2017 Folk On The Rocks Music Festival, July 14-16. Please note this form is multiple pages, please make sure you have completed the entire form before closing the application window.
You must also submit an application for a Temporary Food Establishment Permit to Stanton Territorial Health.
$800 - Commercial Vendor weekend site
$375 - Non-Profit organizations: (Limited availability and proof of non-profit status is required)
$1000 - Commercial Vendor weekend site
Beer Garden Concession
Bidding will begin at $1500
Please note that spaces will be assigned in advance of the Festival. If during load in on Friday, July 14th your booth/truck/trailer takes up more than the 10X10 space allotted to you will be charges for a 10X16 space.
Damage deposits will not be collected this year but you must check in with the Production Manager before you exit the site on Sunday evening. If your area is not left clean and tidy. FOTR will invoice you for up to $500.00 in cleaning and site repair fees.
Food vendors will be provided with a maximum of 4 weekend passes. If you require more you will be able to purchase them at a discounted rate.

Please note submission of an application does not guarantee a space at the Festival as space is provided on a first come, first serve basis. You will be contacted and informed of your application status by June 16, 2017.
Once you have received confirmation that your application has been accepted you will receive a Vendor Information Package that will include details on booth placement, payments, parking, load in, staff passes and more!
